For the first time in India in the early seventies, automotive graphics (also called decals) were developed for Ford Tractors (now part of ESCORTS) and Massey Ferguson Tractors (now TAFE) by PRS Permacel.

In the early eighties, Graphics for the two wheeler industry were introduced by Permacel for Ind Suzuki (now TVS Motors), Honda, Rajdoot, Bajaj and Yamaha. These graphics included lacquerable graphics for fuel tanks and pre-lacquered graphics for plastic parts. 

The influx of new four wheeler companies in the eighties and nineties saw Permacel developing graphics and allied products for companies such as Maruti Suzuki, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra among others.
