B-Stage Insulation: 

B-stage is unique PRS Permacel innovation.  Varnishes are typically available in uncured (A Stage).  This means extra care in handling (Toxic/Hazardous solvents) and longer cycle time for full curing of varnish.

PRS Permacel used its R&D capability to solve this problem and developed what can be called "Varnish in Tape Form".  These products are typically "B-Stage" and available for various class of insulation in both resin rich and resin poor format.

Self-Amalgamating Tapes: 

Self amalgamating tapes with a very highly flexible and high di-electric strength was developed by PRS Permacel for the first time in India, using a unique technology and competency to manufacture  self-amalgamating tapes.  These self fusing tapes on application (which do not require heating) form a solid rock hard mass.  Self amalgamating tapes provide the convenience of application of a tape but benefit of a solid high voltage protection from insulating material.  These self fusing tapes once again are available for various classes of application including class 180^oC (class H) insulation.

Varnishes and Putties:

Sleeves: 

Once again, to become a total solution company for electrical insulation, PRS Permacel provides a unique product called Permagrip.  Permagrip is an expandable sleeve which expands to double its diameter.  This unique feature helps eliminate maintaining large number of sizes of sleeves.  Permagrip is a flame retardant sleeve.  It requires no mechanical tools or heating for application.   You have to just slip it on any lead wire and you are ready with design label insulation.
