PRS Permacel’s product development process is a team effort. It begins with assessing customers’ stated and hidden needs through well-organised and structured visits by the Sales team. These needs are then converted into technical and application requirements, jointly by the Sales and Marketing teams. 

These detailed prerequisites are studied by an experienced and dedicated R&D experts. The R&D is adequately equipped with resources, expertise, and is backed by a well furnished testing and design centre. Very often the R&D and manufacturing experts visit the customer in case the application need is to be fully understood. Customer visits to the R&D centre also provide valuable inputs to the product development process. 

This elaborate process ensures that all customer specifications are met and the customers are completely satisfied with the first prototype and subsequent supplies made by PRS Permacel.
