Territory Manager (TM):

Qualifications:

- BSc/MSc (Physics/Chemistry/Electronics preferred but not essential)
- 4 year degree in Engineering (preferred Electrical / Mechanical) can be considered.

Experience:

- 5 years experience in concept selling (field selling experience is a must)
- Exposure to Key Accounts Management
- Application selling preferred but not essential

Language:

- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge of regional language is desired but not essential

Background / Profile:

- Emphasis will be on aptitude for concept selling, Key Account Management and street smart attributes
- Outgoing, confident, ability to learn new things fast, techno commercial sense
- We are looking for entrepreneurial streak and innovative approach
- Preferably with a family background, which is, service oriented
- Focus on companies manufacturing industrial consumables, paints, electrodes, adhesives, Grinding tools etc.


Age / Marital Status:

- Preferably between 28 to 30 years - Married preferred

- Location - Mumbai & Pune

- Package - As per merit
